Dave: I have this issue too, but I believe all of my relays were upgraded. How do I tell if I have an upgraded breaker or not?

You probably need the "Relay Upgrade Kit". One of the items in it is
an uprated circuit breaker for the heater/A/C fan motor. Call your
favorite Delorean vendor.
