Leave the engine off for several hours/overnight.
or
Crack loose the large fuel distributor bolt on the line from from the
filter wrapped in a shop rag.
The inertia switch trick will kill the car, and the pressure will drop
to the injector-open pressure and stay there for a couple of hours
anyway.
