Sooo... Several months ago many people were all upset that these cars were overpriced, the effect it would/would not have on the prices of our cars, etc...

Now, the knowingly overpriced car (to the educated owner/enthusiast) is being re-sold for a "more reasonable" price that one would expect.

Why would anyone (other then the original buyer at $50k+) care?   It just reinforces that fact we already knew....  The car is over priced for what it is and is not worth the $50k+ price tag

I don't see why the price on the other 6,000 or so would drop because 
eight more are produced. I haven't noticed the price of other DeLoreans 
dropping whenever somebody bought one that wasn't running or complete 
and restored it -- which has happened at least twice since I have been 
on this list. Essentially DMC is merely putting more cars on the road. 
Sure, they will make a profit from it, but they are entitled to that, I 
think.
