Simple...Most of the younger generation apt for the higher paying 4
year college term,(or so they think,soon to be a glut of them)the rest
simply are not college material(or have no interest in college)..those
are the Tech school generation or factory workers, THE FEW good ones
make it as good quality mechanics,and get higher training in that
field,to meet the demands of the high tech newer cars... the bad ones
don't... they work at the shady garages,so that leaves the field of
GOOD mechanics open to the few good,highly trained ones,the rest are
just so-so shady mechanics.
