After seeing the "walk home" comment if the Electric DeLorean
gets a flat, I thought why walk home when you can bike home?
On a similar note (and just in time for Spring), I have a new
multi-purpose DeLorean trailer hitch receiver with all kinds
of optional add-ons via the receiver, including a slide-in
bike rack carrier, as well as a slide-in spare tire carrier.
Keep in mind the "old stock" of DeLorean hitches have been
sold out since last year, so I thought it was a good time to
improve upon an existing design and bring the DeLorean trailer
hitch "into the future" with a new stainless steel design.
With the help of Pearce Design Components, I had the new hitch
design built in a small, initial quantity to meet my needs and
to have a few spares. One of the new stainless steel hitches
is on display in the DMC Midwest showroom.
So if you want to pull a small trailer with your DeLorean like
DCS 2008 or take a pair of bikes on a trip with your DeLorean
or even have an out of the way place to put a flat rear tire,
consider getting a SS hitch and some folding accessories.
If not sold out, I should have one on display at DCS 2008 too.
Later,
Rich W.
