You can take a dremel to the broken door handle and cut the anchor
part for the studs off which should allow you to remove the handle
and gain access to the door cable. That should also provide some
access to the door lock.
New handles are apparently unavailable for a while - I've been
waiting on one from Rob for sometime now.
