The engine vacuum provides less than 1 bar effective positive pressure
to the fuel. The 5 bar provided by the primary fuel pressure to the cold
start injector has *slightly* more effect. Do you think about some of
the stuff you write sometimes?

What do you think an injector is then? When combined with a nozzle to
atomise the fuel, what you describe IS an EFI injector. For an example
of an injector without a nozzle, see the frequency valve.... the cold
start injector very definitely has a special nozzle.
