I think the time has come for a completely seperate thread for "car shows". I'm not interested and this thread is for other things.

If you read the DML after the show those outside complain about being 
orphans and neglected but everyone is invited in its your choice to be outside I

Bottom line is we are doing a car show and if no cars show then what do you 
want me to do.
Most people do not feel this way and the vast majority do come in and they 
are not the ones that write 
e-mails later stating how they were left out.

All I ask is please consider me and my time and what all the volunteers do 
for the show.
For $15 you are guaranteed that weather will not ruin your day.
I will make a space for those that want to get in and out during the day 
near the door so that I do not get the usual Oh my God (sorry Marc) I am stuck 
inside the whole day.

I have never refused anyone that had to go the opportunity to leave so again 
don't make issues out of non issues. 

Not trying to pick on the person that wrote the original question here I 
went well beyond his basic question in this answer. its just that the momentum 
on this issue is building and I would like to end it here and remove most of 
the excuses here.

1. Everyone is welcome to come inside.
2. I will allow cars in and out as long as you let me know at time of 
entering the building and we will put you near the exit.
Cars that do move will be pushed in and out after the show starts.
3. If you want to be judged fine if not that is fine.
4. We want all the cars together.
5. I need to pay bills so inside is $15 Judged or not or Concours entery. 
(IF its hot or if it rains its the best $15 you spent)
6. Don't say you did not know the following here it is again.
NOTE Cars inside need 1/4 tank or less to get in so after the driving tour 
do not fill up.
