I don't think you should get all worked up over terminology. No one
means to "judge" YOU. Your car might not take any awards - and I don't
think mine would for sure - but, don't be concerned about what some
judges say about your car - it is a comparison true - but, so what? Is
it really a "versus others"?
I enjoy your attendance at the meetings that I also attended and I read
most of your postings. I sense a great deal of pride in your
discussions about your modifications that you have done on your car. I
also sense that you consider your car extremely reliable because of
those modifications. I especially found interesting your posting about
your exhaust and looked at the pictures you put up. So, when I had a
chance to see them on the car I found your modifications even more
interesting.
The modifications you have done are probably more work and complex than
just leaving the car spec OEM. There are probably more DMLers out there
than you may realize that would like to see the modifications.
Don't be bashful.
