[DML] Early cars with the "white" engine cover.

What I would like to know is how many cars came with the white engine 
cover,by that I mean that certain EARLY cars had the engine cover that 
was normal flat black on the outside,but on the bottom side were white 
from the factory,the TWO that I know of are vin 502 and vin 570 they 
both had those engine covers,and also both had the rare dash vin plate 
with the Delorean name on them,also something else weird,570 had a 
March81 vin tag..yet Vin502 had a April or LATER vin tag..how can that 
be? Both had the SAME frame made at the same time(570's frame was later 
changed,since the frame itself was beyond repair(totaled)I have 
detailed pics of it somewhere of the totaled frame.The early frames are 
easily identified by their riveted components.Any other early cars out 
there with the white engine cover/early dash vin tag/ riveted type 
frame?
