*In my opinion*, based on setting up a number of lowered cars, I
experimented with the early Esprit spec of 1mm per wheel and it works
really well. More toe-in on the rear makes for better turn-in and less
understeer but also scrubs the back tyres at a rate I wasn't happy with.
