To prevent the dust cap from spinning, I put foam between the wheel & the
cap as well as some duct tape under the cap. I don't think the cap is
moving and as indicated, I marked it and if it moves, it ends back where it
started.
Sometime I think I spend as much time under the dash as facing it :-) And
the good news is that periodically going under the dash keeps you young &
limber :-)
I have a feeling it is time to pull the dash and the speedo so that I can
take it apart.
