OK, glad to see you are making some progress. When you have fuel pressure at the distributor, is there resistance when you push the air plate down? If not, the distibutor's metering piston is problaby stuck in the WOT position. Also, what did the level of the oil look like? If it's really full, you could still have gas mixed in an not see it. The screws in front of the air horn should all be seated closed. The mixture adjustment is inside the assembly and requires drilling out a plug and using an allen wrench to adjust.
