You remove the 4 screws holding the panel on in the left rear pontoon.
I hope none of your riv-nuts spin in the fiberglass! To fix the
problem you either disassemble the power unit and replace the mast
assembly (if you can get a replacement mast assembly) or you just
replace the whole unit. If you do replace the whole unit you generally
must remove the relay that is behind the driver's seat. While you are
in the rear pontoon check the drain /vent hose that comes out of the
bottom of the vapor cannister. Make sure it is not plugged up and
clean out all of the dirt and debris in the bottom of the pontoon.
