Royce, If you can find a brown wire under the dash area somewhere they are
normally hot all the time. You want it before it goes thru main or accessory
the relay. I ran one from a Circuit breaker to the under dash in my car for
easy testing with a 10ga wire.

Subject: Re: [DML] New Radio *WIRING* Installation Question
For some reason, the purple wire is not the hot wire
as I have it connected to my yellow (power) button
from the radio deck and the radio doesn't come on at
all now. If I switch it back to lgrn/wht, then at
least the radio deck comes on when I start the car,
but none of the radio settings stay.
Also, I don't have a blue wire coming from the
Delorean at all.
How can I get a power wire that either works, or how
can I check the purple wire, I tried to follow the
path to where it goes, but was unsuccessful.
Thanks, Royce
