You don't need to drive it in wet weather to get water in there... it's
enough to be out in the rain. The drain in the grille in front of the windshield
is, unfortunately, directly in line with the pump boot. Original specs don't
call for hose clamps on the boot where the two fuel hoses enter on top, but
it doesn't hurt to add them anyway.
