Good luck. Get in line and chalk it up to a bad experience. 
Even in small claims court it would cost more than what it is worth. Filing
fees $50.00, Then you have serving fee by the sheriff somewhere around $50
to $60 dollars and to do any good you would have to show up or hire an
attorney. And all you would have is a worthless claim.
I don't know what you guys were after with guy, was it the 180 amps or the
$190.00 dollars. 
I can build 180 amp DeLorean alternator but the turn on speed is so high you
may not even charge the battery unless your going 30 mph +.
Warranty would be 30 feet or 30 seconds which ever comes first and the price
around the $260.00 price.
We build 180 to 200 amp all the time for Police and emergency vehicle cars,
but not in a CS130 case like ours.
