[DML] Engine swap in AUTOMATIC Delorean

Hello all-

I have been reading about engine swaps here on the forum.

I burnt up the original motor in my Delorean. The original motor and 
AUTOMATIC transmission have been removed. I am planning to install a 
Chevy 350 V8 small block in place of the original motor.

So far I have decided to go with a LS6 405 Horespower 340-400 LB-FT 
Torque small-block. I also found a LS1 that may be a good choice also.

The things that I need help/info on are:

What will I need to do to my original AUTOMATIC
transmission to upgrade it to handle 400 horsepower
340-400 LB-FT Torque? I saw the post about a newer 4
speed automatic transmission available. Any ideas
where to get it? (switching to a manual transmission
is not an option) The tag on my transmission says:
Type 4141-80 B.P. Auto 2179 with a embossed number on
the bell housing that reads 7700598095

Also I will need a adaptor plate/bell housing.

I have reviewed other previous posts and have called
Don Steger about the adaptor plate. I spoke with Don
and Danny and they no longer have the adaptors. I
asked Danny who might have one and he had no
suggestions. So I am still looking for the adaptor
bell housing.

Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
