[DML] DOD update submissions should work now

All - If you have been itching to update your DeLorean Owners Directory 
entry and have been frustrated by our fabulous forms subnmisison process
on the website, you may now scratch that itch.  The forms now seem to be
working again.  I'm sure this is a temporary fix, so don't delay.  

We are in the (seemingly endless) process of moving the DMC News 
website to a new internet hosting company, which is the first step in providing a 
permanent fix for our forms problems.
