Actually, I think this point has been debated. It seems some cars do this,
and others don't. I don't believe mine primes the pump, yet it always starts
very quickly. Or at the very least, it only runs for a second or less.
I tried verifying this with the wiring diagram but I have a crappy one in my
house. I'd have to go to the garage for my good one. Can anyone who is good
at reading wiring diagrams check this out and see why a car would do this or
why a car would NOT do this?
