[DML] Re: springs and shocks

I have been running PJ Grady's set up (Front springs and gas shocks 
all around) for 4-5 years. The rear shocks have three heights and my 
car is a bit high in the rear as I am currently running on the top 
rung. I really didn't notice how much higher it was until I compared 
my car to a concours car. My car is 3/4 of an inch higher in the rear 
at the top of the rear fender and about 1.5 inches lower in the 
front. 

The front looks really good and better than stock in my opinion it no 
longer looks like its running up hill.  The ride is great, and 
handling is really good. However, I did notice recently that I am 
getting some uneven wear in the rear tires possibly due to the shock 
ride height issue above, which I am going to fix.

At the time I was replacing the original OEM springs and shocks so 
anything would have been an improvement because the old shocks were 
hard as a rock but I have been very happy. The ride is nice and 
cornering is great. 

I can put about a finger and one half between the front tire and the 
fender. I never bottom out in the front and the height of the front 
spoiler is not an issue.
