Ryan, I sell the original brand Stabilus. I would think it would be the
benchmark. I have had about 3 come back because of low pressure out of 1000
there abouts. Be sure your working at or around 75 to 80 degrees to get a
good set. Also remember the dr side bar if you can find it goes for over
$1,000.00. I wouldn't crank on it much if any.

Hi folks,

I'm looking for the door struts that "dampen" at the end of their
travel. I'm going to crank my torsion bars up a couple of notches to
make my remote launchers reliable, but don't need the doors slamming
against the roof.

I know several vendors have different struts, so, which ones dampen?
And are they any good - will they last more than a year?
