WE ARE STILL PLANNING THIS EVENT, SO WE WELCOME ALL SUGGESTIONS FOR HOW WE
CAN MAKE THIS A GREAT EVENT FOR ALL!
 
Stefan Diklich is coming home this summer from his student exchange year
spent abroad in Russia. He wants to have a DeLorean event at his home to
welcome his return. This event will also mark the 2nd annual Ontario
DeLorean meet. All owners and enthusiasts are welcome to come spend the day
at his home relax, and meet owners from both the Ontario DeLorean club
(www.odoc.ca) and the DeLorean club of Ohio (www.ohiodeloreans.com).
The event day will be Saturday July, 21st. Everyone is welcome to come as
early as they like and leave as late as they like. The day will consist of a
BBQ lunch held at the home. Followed by a cruise along this southern most
part of Canada (in memory of Marv Stein, a dedicated club member, who
recently passed this December). The cruise will conclude with everyone
meeting back at the house for some more time eating, drinking, relaxing, and
of course some tech stuff. In the late afternoon we will all decide on
whether to head into downtown Windsor to one of the bars or Casino, or stay
in small town Amherstburg and visit one of the local bars. A photo shoot is
also planned during the cruise with all cars on the Windsor riverfront and
with the Detroit skyline in the background. 
The location of the event is in Amherstburg (just outside Windsor) Ontario
Canada, about a 15 min. drive from the Canada-U.S. Border crossing and about
a 20 min. drive from the 401 highway. 
Please call ahead or email so I can prepare for the proper amount of drinks
and food. 
For those of you coming from far out of the area, let me know and I can
arrange accommodations.
IMPORTANT for American guests: To cross the border you need your birth
certificate AND photo ID (drivers license will do) OR a passport.
