Are you sure it is the board and not in the resistance in the fuses in the fuse block? Try cleaning or relacing the fuses.
Also try sanding the contact surface of the bulbs. Front and rear. I live close to the ocean and have to do this routinely to mine to keep them working as they build up corrosion resistance.

I cannot seem to find a way to get my left rear directional bulb to
stay in the socket. I'm now on my third citcuit board (a "new one"
from DMC). It works fine for a time but after a while I get the fast
blink again. The bulb is fine and I don't really want to get another
circuit board. I have tried pushing the connector on the board up and
down with a pencil eraser and I have tried squeezing the clamps around
the bulb a bit but performance is still intermittent. Any thoughts?
