I was doing some research on this last fall before I pushed it to the side
and never finished it!Anyway, the Purflux website lists the dimensions and
specs of the LS410C, as well as applications (oddly DeLorean isn't in the
list).  Another newsgroup I was on suggested that Mann or Mahle filters had
a properly-sized xref.
 
This spring I will keep working on this.  In the meantime, we can always get
them imported from Europe.

Marc, I have Bosch oil filters in 3 different lengths
The standard we use now is 123mm height x 76mm round.
I also have 101 mm high and 86mm high same diameter.
All are anti-drainback and have a bypass valve.
I'm sure one would fit your application.

Thanks for the response John.

I was able to locate a Purflux.  If all goes well,
there will be 2 on their way to me tomorrow.

Once I have it installed, I will take some
measurements and photos for future reference.  Without
the filter in place, I am not sure how much wiggle
room I have on the dimensions.
