Hi Knut,
Interesting format. Based on past competitions, would the top car that has
won in years past likely make it into the Stainless tier? What I am
wondering is will there be more 'top cars' or less 'top cars' under the new format?
Perhaps another way of stating my question is, is 95% too low of a bar for
the very best cars? Is 85% too low of a bar for 3rd tier cars? We should make
the top tier a real accomplishment, and something that is not easily
attainable without hard work, passion, and probably a lot of money! The top tier
would really mean something then.
I'm not sure how else to put my question.
Andy

This new arrangement is being combined with a new Certified

Certified Stainless: Top-tier (cars scoring 95% or better)
Certified Silver: 2nd-Tier (cars scoring 90% or better)
Certified Bronze: 3rd-Tier (cars scoring 85% or better)
