Go to a Home Supply store and buy a can of foam spray. Use it
sparingly, a little bit goes a long way. You will need to have some
tape ready. Spray a THIN coating, place the broken pieces into place,
and then tape it up tight. You will have to trim the excess but it is
bettter than glue, you can fix holes and missing pieces. Be careful,
it gets hot as it cures and once you put it together you will not get
it apart so make sure you line things up first and make marks with a
marker.
