[DML] EBAY MAIL fuel distributor is USED UNIT & INCOMPETE

I Did contact this ebay guy & this is not a NEW DISTributor all the 
springs & o rings are in a ziploc baggy the top is rusty, A NEW or 
rebuilt one would be in a Boush box & recoated black,
