[DML] Found the Original Owner 17076

Hi all,
   
  The other day I finally searched out the original owner of my car ,VIN 17076, to try to get some info on the car and any possible issues with it that I do not know of. Led to a  question I thought the list might be able to help me with.
   
  Apparently he bought it from Consolidated in 1983 and drove down to Columbus Ohio to pick it up. It has a grey interior with a Metric Speedometer. The metric speedometer was in there when he got it. This speedometer I thought was only available in Europe and Canada. It would now appear that Consolidated also sold the Canadian (metric) version of the Delorean. 
   
  Does anyone else have a metric Delorean they bought from Consolidated?
