[DML] Different Looking Dash??

Check out the speedo and tach on this car  Ebay #170066465650 / VIN#5775.  The 55 is in GREEN on the speedo and the 70 & 80 on the RPM is also GREEN.  There is also no RED or any other color on the Volts and Temp gauges.  Anyone have any idea why this is GREEN?
