[DML] Cold start issue resolved

For those of you who remember, my car had always had a cold start
problem (cold start injector would not fire). I finally traced this
problem to the wires that go to the TTS. A PO had reversed them so
that the wire that grounds the CSV was instead grounding through the
TTS heating element. This is why the CSV would fire if I grounded the
blue wire directly but not through the TTS. I bought three TTSs before
I stumbled on the solution. Now my car starts with a bump of the
ignition hot and cold. Yippee!!
