I think the idea of watermarking the pictures is to prevent some  
unscrupulous individual from using them to scam people on eBay (which  
seems to happen all too frequently).

The idea of not watermarking the DeLorean TV Commercial was so that  
all owners could enjoy it in its original glory, without having to  
see the DeLorean Mid Atlantic logo flash across the screen.
