Buy a set of struts from one of the vendors that post here and it only takes a few moments to change them yourself. At $300 not only were you ripped off, but you may even have struts that are not only wrong, but could cause damage.

Subject: [DML] doors sagging after replaced struts
The DMC we just bought had door struts that didn't work, doors closed
completely. The car was at a Ford dealer who worked on it previously.
He replaced the struts and we were quoted $200 for door/trunk struts +
labor. They delivered the car the other day and the new struts are on.
But the driver door sages 25% and the passenger door sags 50%. We were
also charged $300 for the install for some bs reason they gave us
after the fact. Is sagging normal or were we ripped off?
