[DML] MYDELOREAN.NET Italian and French translations to begin

I have recieved enough translation support to begin
converting the site to Italian and french.  This will
be slowly folded into the mix over the next few
months.

I was however disappointed that not one howto was
created nor translated since the site went online.

There has been no shortage of people asking for
information and howtos to be posted, but nobody
contributing.

At a minimum, translations would be nice (dutch,
german)
