Toby, The limitations that he is talking about in the CIS flow system would
be to the fuel flow in the distributor to the injectors. Special T has
rebuilt several distributors that will increase fuel flow for turbo's both
in the DeLorean and in Porsche. If I can be of help in that area let me
know.

Hi Gang - I had an interesting experience today, spending the entire 
day with Winged1 on a chassis dyno.........  The dyno technician felt 
that it was due to inherent limitations in the Bosch CIS.  
Thoughts?  Just another day in paradise.
