There is no dedicated circuit that increases the idle when the A/C
goes on. What does happen is the idle ECU controls the idle speed and
when it senses the idle try to go lower from an increased load (the
A/C, the cooling fans, the alternator, headlights, rear defogger) it
compensates by telling the idle motor to increase the idle to keep the
motor at 775 RPM + or - 50 RPM. It also increases the idle when the
motor is cold. Look over D:05:01 to :04 in the Workshop Manual. Of
course this is assuming the idle motor circuit is properly set up and
the brass screws are closed and there are no vacuum leaks.
