Rich,

I purchased one from www.fastenal.com at one of their local stores 
last year but didn't need it and returned it.  They have a liberal 
return policy despite the fact they had to order it for me.  www. 
mcmaster.com also has M7 helicoils.  Hope the problem isn't too 
serious.
