[DML] Baker's Fan Fail

Baker's Fan Fail Fix.
 Ok, what is the deal with this fan fail? I am sure that it is not the 
best, but I am looking for reports from someone that has seen it in 
action over this summer. I bought one and put it on long before 
JoeCool and such. I have not driven the car in the last 17 months so I 
cant report. I will never drive this car much and never had an issue 
with the orginal system. Dont want to put the car in danger,but dont 
want to yank it if i dont need to.
