Firedude38,

a voltage of 12.4 on the battery with the car off means your battery is a little low.. charge on battery with car off should be 12.66 volts

your idle voltage is ok as is your 2K RPM voltage (which should be between 13.5 and 15 volts ... charge your battery (preferably with a slow charger for a better charge) and let me know what values you geth then, but it looks lile you are ok
