[DML] Front end creaking & other odd noises...

My front end is creaking a LOT...  if I push the car down, it sounds 
like an old rocking chair.  Same goes for when I'm driving and I apply 
the brakes enough to cause some dive.  Funny thing is, this morning all 
was quiet.  What could cause this, especially seemingly all of a sudden?

Also, I am hearing a rapid 'ticking' sound, increasing/proportionate 
with RPMs, coming from the bottom of the engine, seemingly from the oil 
pan area, off to the right (passenger) side.  What is down there that 
would cause rapid ticking.  This, too, is a brand new sound I never 
noticed before...

Man... it's always something...
