More likely the LH caliper is stuck and needs to be rebuilt.  It's easy, 
you might want to do both.  Caliper kits and pads available at the 
online store.  If you split the front calipers, watch out for the little 
o-ring that seals the passage between the two halves.  It's unique and 
hard to find.
