[DML] Cooling fan shroud does not fit...

Hello everyone,

I was under the car today inspecting the font end and noticed that the 
shroud that covers the radiator does not line up with the bolt holes 
in the underbody. It appears that the mounting holes in the underbody 
were all drilled too far out from the shroud. My car is a fairly early 
vin 2277, perhaps a construction flaw? Has anyone else noticed this? 
Does the shroud shrink over time?

On another note, I applied a hose clamp over where a bolt had broken 
on my cross over pipe heat shield and now my car is rattle free.
