OK, It does seem to be the Fanzilla that failed. I pulled out my
workshop manual to figure what wires are what and discovered the two
power wires that go out to the fans. Only one is getting power and I
tried swapping the fanzilla fuses and it made no difference. I
noticed the fanzilla unit is hot and seems to be a bit deformed from
the heat and seems to have something that rattles inside. I don't
know what the warranty is on these but I guess I have to get a hold
of Rob to find out.
