[DML] Mark Bourne?

Dear DMLers,

Can whomever has contact with Mark Bourne please ask him to respond to my 
emails! He confirmed receipt of these, but 2 weeks later I still have not 
received any response!? He has a lot of questions to answer ...

Mark Bourne has to date refused to account for, or clarify, the situation 
concerning:
- Whereabouts of my newly reconditioned front and rear facias.
- Whereabouts of my binacle and new 140mph Speedo (from DMC Houston).
- Whereabouts of the original interior trim for my spares-car.
- Missing all new seals.
- Missing all new struts.
- Accounting for the GBP2,000.oo Deposit given to him 2 years ago.
- An explaination why no work was done on my car over the 2 years he had it, 
even though I received reports from him that he was working on it.
- An explaination as to how my car's condition could have deteriorated so 
much while in his care ... poor storage?

I need these answers urgently to ensure the smooth refurb of my car which is 
now being done properly at a Specialists Shop.
