Marc, 
The 2 front wheels work on one chamber of the MC and the 2 rear wheels work
on the other. So I would bleed the 2 fronts and then the rear.

I am using a Vac pump to suck the fluid at the
calipers.  That method says to start at the closest
wheel, and work your way further away.

For S&G's I did try the old fashioned 2 man method,
but it did not improve.
