Sounds to me like your new RPM relay is defective. It powers the lambda
relay as well as the fuel pump. The fuel accumulator will make up for
short term drops in pump pressure but why touch the mixture screw? First
rule of any DIY mechanics - if something goes wrong - what did I do
last? I hope you put it back to where it was otherwise you'll have
trouble startting from cold now.
When the engine is hot and the lambda system is working properly,
adjusting the mixture screw should cause the frequency valve to change
in note. if it doesn't and pressing the full throttle switch doesn't
either, you probably have a worn out lambda sensor
