You wouldn't happen to have an alarm or remote hooked up, would you???
If so, I'd certainly check the wiring for that, as it probably taps into 
the door switches...  Also check if you have the correct wires paired 
at the drivers side door and haven't crossed a wire between the 
lights switch and the one for the key buzzer.
