[DML] mydelorean.net now accepting accounts

Hello,

After several months of work it looks like the stable
code is complete.  The mydelorean.net site now
officially replaces the old retroserver site and
allows for YOU to create howtos for everyone else to
use.  This multi language site was created for the
European community to build and translate
documentation in several different languages running
of a couple of my large Sun Ultrasparc linux servers.

Currently the site supports the following languages

English 100%
German 100%
Italian 0% database being proofread at this
time,2weeks
Dutch 0% I didnt get any replies from all of the
netherlands (except for Ed uding) so well wait till
the dutch are interested in this.
