[DML] Vin 16328 Where Are You?? / Last known owner in Delaware

This is an 83/grey/auto that was a Houston refurb in 2001 including 
performance engine.   Last known owner in Delaware and sold it (he 
can't remember to whom) 2yrs ago.
For personal and sentimental reasons, I am desperately seeking to get 
in touch with the current owner.   Anyone that can help me I will be 
more than happy to monitarily compensate.
