If the motor is making the noise it is probably the bearings. If the
bearings are making noise the brushes are probably near to being worn
out too. It really doesn't pay to mess around with the motor, they are
cheap enough to just replace. By the time you find and pay for 2
bearings and brushes you will have spent near 1/2 the cost of
replacing the damm thing. And that doesn't incluse the time it will
take you to find the parts, take the motor apart, and reassemble. You
may also find the commutator will have to be cut, the shaft may be
worn where it rides the bushings, etc. Just replace the motor if it
makes noise.
